- Stoody 850-O is a self shielded (or open arc) hard surfacing wire which deposits a high carbon martensitic steel for excellent resistance to severe, fine (wet or dry) abrasion and low impact loading.
- Include the hard surfacing of agricultural, mining and materials handling equipment including tynes, points, conveyor screws, dredge buckets, cane harvester cutters / elevators
- Self Shielded (-O), Tubular Hardfacing Wire
- Air Hardening, Crack Prone High Carbon, Martensitic Steel Deposit
- Resistant to Severe Abrasion and Low Impact Loading
- 1.2mm size can be used for vertical surfacing by depositing
overlapping horizontal stringer passes
